How scope works — no surprises
Deposit starts the project
Your deposit reserves a build slot and counts toward the total — it is not an extra fee.
Scope is locked in writing
Before the remaining balance is due, we agree on exactly what is being built in writing. That document is the project.
Extras are quoted separately
Anything outside the written scope is its own quote — so the price you agree to is the price you pay.
Website
